What is your return policy?
If you want to return your Proper Coffee purchase in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at [email protected] or using our contact form. Proper Coffee does have a 15% restocking fee for all orders. The coffee maker must be new and not used to qualify for a return. Once the item is received and not damaged from shipping, Proper Coffee will refund the purchase amount minus the shipping.
